Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley I have seen changes in real estate markets over the years.  One thing that I have learned is real estate here is a savvy investment.  

I currently reside in the San Fernando Valley with my wife Laura, who is a VP of Finance with The Walt Disney Company and our two daughters 10 & 12 years old.  I enjoy spending time with my family and freinds, fly fishing and snowboarding.  I attended Crespi High School and Cal State Northridge where I met my wife.  While going to school I worked for my father who was an electrical engineer and contractor.  Thereafter, I obtained my real estate license in 1996 and never looked back.  I enjoy what I do very much and pride myself on the ability of always protecting and promoting the interests of my clients.  Knowing that I negotiated the best possible price and terms, made the experience enjoyable, and ensuring referral business in the future.
